Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Time Processing time is separate from shipping time. Once your order has been processed, it will be handed off to the carrier. Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier’s schedule.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary based on location, weather, or carrier delays.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Address Accuracy Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages We are not liable for packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit. If an issue occurs, please contact the carrier directly. However, you may also reach out to us and we will do our best to assist.
